The only reason we did IVF was to Pgt test, as we had continuous chromosomal losses naturally. (8). We finally got our golden egg at 46yrs old!! It was our first Euploid and am now 23w pregnant. I highly recommend testing as it saved us more years of heartache!!

Dr Gleicher- is it your belief that the testing is faulty or does the embryo autocorrect upon implantation? Since CHR has been transferring the "abnormal" embryos, how many of those resulted in healthy babies? For context, can you please indicate the sample size along with a link to the paper you presented at the congress in the description box. THX!

Thanks for this info! Could we have the reference link i.e., recent ASRM's police statement about PGT-A? Tried to search on ASMR website but I was only able to find about mosaicism and PGT-M on their website.

I was a medical student at Mount Sinai :) Excellent video! What about grading and the association with aneuploids? When you exclude the PGT test-are you using grading to judge which to transfer? I have 2 embryos left 4AB (day 5), 45 XY -11 and a 6BB (day7) 46XX-3p. I guess my question is how accurate are the microdeletions? And are you using exclusively grading to decide on transfer? My transfer of a 4AA euploid failed sadly. Thank you

I have Euploid Embryo/ with pgt, unfortunely had a miscarriage. and the other one embryo have chromosom abnormality the clinic dont want to transfer.

Same exact situation I have :( I’m so sorry for you loss. I’m wondering if my 2 “abnormal “ embryos are actually normal-it’s so scary to know and then not know! Wishing you luck in the future.

I have 4 euploid embryo pgt tested. I had one transfer. Missed carriage at 8 weeks. I had 5 miss carriages from 2018 to 2024. Biopsy report was normal. I have hypothyroidism, ANA weak positive, Anti tpo high. Dr given ivig therapy intralipid therapy also. Not work. What was the reason? We couldn’t found

@@redthunder7118 i had 5 missed carriage same time 8 weeks. History Hypothyroidism AnA weak positive Anti tpo high 450 I had done ivig therapy before pick up and intralipid therapy during transfer and after 5 week pregnant one dose
