I spent the Month of February in Crown Asia. The area is definitely growing. The condos in Valenza are pretty pricey. 8 - 12 million with some being built…the new ones will be 15 million. Would love to buy, but I am not convinced that it’s the right move. Renting seems to be the logical option. The next couple of years will bring a lot of development at the pace they are going. I hope they keep up with the maintenance…the wooden boardwalk along the lake was showing considerable wear.
