The HOA fees for this home are $503/MONTH...? Good lord. PITI with the outrageous HOA dues would be around $3207/month. It's a low end builder grade home built in 2008 that need a total overhaul of the two tone kitchen and bathrooms. The seller is delusional.

This community is very popular for buyers downsizing and paying cash or a hefty amount down on the home. HOA fee includes lawn maintenance (mowing and trimming), irrigation, cable tv, internet, clubhouse, pickleball, tennis, and more. Prices are still 50% over priced. Taxes will continue to go up, too many gov workers. Insurance will triple, this will take another 5-6 years to hit bottom just like in 2005 to12. This time it's worse.
