We used to skip class and walk to that Red Rooster sandwich shop on North Ave and eat grinders and subs. Fun times😁

Went to Central in mid 70s. Thanks for doing this video. It means a lot for someone like me who lives in upstate Connecticut now and cant always get to Bridgeport

Also from what I heard from my mom who went to central in the 1940s when it was in Lyon Terrace which is now City Hall, the original name of the new Central on lincoln Blvd was supposed to be Beechs woods high school because it was constructed in beechs woods. I dont know the correct spelling
