I hav a problem which i face commonly even thought i am putting it from 7 years. The problem although flow is very good, mostly i find difficulty in placing guiedwire, i feel obstruction or my liens goes in subclavian frm internal juglar. While femoral line my guiedwire kink while dilatation , cery offen although my flow is good mostly while punture. I do all the things to reconifrm that the flow is good... like reaspirate , even when reaspiration show good flow but guiedwire is still difficult to negotiate.. please help
