Central Park looks like a terrific neighborhood. Love the aerial view of the clubhouse and resort-style pool area...... But my favorite part of this video is the views you get at Hillcrest Estate. Well done Jessica and Chris!

Thanks for the positive feedback Raymond. Chris is worried the streets shots are slow and the website too. He got lost in editing a little this week.

There is also entry at different points of that neighborhood to some great mountain biking trails (White Cross) you can actually see a biker coming out of the woodworks when you were showcasing Hillcrest.
@moving2murrieta4 жыл бұрын
@Jesse Bolado thanks for pointing out the guy on the bike. We took a look at a few websites for White Cross that you mention to pinpoint that spot in Central Park and others close by. We found other trails and this "top 5" list. What is murrieta house prices like compared to the rest of California and how far is murrieta to San Diego and Los Angeles on average
@moving2murrieta3 жыл бұрын
Hi! Murrieta is much cheaper than most of Southern California including San Diego and Los Angeles. Median sales price is $600k in Murrieta. It’s about a 1 hour drive to both San Diego and LA NO traffic. With traffic it can easily be 2 hours plus. Hope that helps!

I actually live in a super adjacent community in Temecula called Valdemosa and the homes in Central Park are just okay -- there is a lack of mature trees on many of the streets excepting perhaps Seraphina Road. Not terribly impressive.
@moving2murrieta4 жыл бұрын
We will check out Valdemosa in more detail. All we know is it is KB. Anyway, thanks for the feedback.

@@moving2murrieta Valdemosa is very small, but Shree Road is super pretty with the quality architecture and the beautiful landscaping with a large number of homeowners contributing to a tree canopy that lines the street.
@moving2murrieta4 жыл бұрын
@David Sant Jordi Coronel thanks again for letting me know. I took a look on the map as I do not know that exact street of Shree Road. We were just at Central Park yesterday doing a tour. The family wanted to know if it was possible for a Freshman / Sophomore age boy to ride a bike to Chaparral High School. Here is what Chris wrote. The route could be Willows Ave south or Calistoga south and cross Murrieta Hot Springs. Willows goes by Nicolas Valley Elementary then continue south on General Kearny to Nicolas. Then Nicolas west to cross Winchester right into Chaparral High School. Crossing both streets of Murrieta Hot Springs and Winchester are really busy, but both crossings would be at a signal. The streets of General Kearny and Nicolas are busier streets, but I would think it would be okay for a high school freshman / sophomore. Hope that helps.

@@moving2murrieta both central park and valdemosa are pretty areas. in fact, we toured both as well as harveston before moving into valdemosa and our first pick was harveston but the options just weren't available in the homes that were for sale at the time. valdemosa was our next pick because of the tree-lined streets and the superior build quality, but central park is a pretty neighborhood as well and since we have to drive through it every day to get home, we decided it was pretty enough, so i can see why you had CP on your list before ultimately moving to west murrieta. anyhow, keep up the great work. i find your videos fascinating as you explore the region in greater detail. we've been here for a decade from SD and are thinking in a decade longer that we'll perhaps move into a home in the new somers bend area depending on how it matures, or move into that harveston house that we wanted from the beginning! if so, and you are still in the area selling homes, we'll give you a call! happy thanksgiving!

@@djcoronel Thank you for the kind words and we really appreciate your support and enjoyment of the channel! Can't go wrong with any of those communities mentioned. I feel pretty lucky to live in Murrieta, especially considering the current Covid situation. It's nice we have some space here! We love Harveston too and it's still pretty tough to get a property in there because it's so popular. Appreciate you keeping us in mind down the road. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family as well!
