Excellent tour, Gentlemen! Finally, a complex using a Murphy Bed. In New York City where every square foot is precious, Murphy Beds are common. Hopefully, Thai developers will use these types of beds more to make better use of smaller condos. Enjoyed the video - well done!

Love it love it love it Coop ! More to choose from there compared to Hua Hin and Chiang Mai . Also it looks about 15 to 20 % less expensive for what you get it . Awesome vids 👌👍

Sands. You will notice a huge difference when you get here George. I survived 18 in Philippines and had to come back to Thailand. You just can’t compare them. Million percent better here. Look me up when you get here. I would love to hear your thoughts 👍

Love the 1 bedroom I think it was 30sqm 14000 for 6 plus months, I’m a married guy so I don’t really want to be that close to the “action” I’d love for you to show some condos south of this area like in Bang Saray (sp) btw my wife is also from the Philippines, my question to you is why is Thailand’s condos so much better than Philippines

They are better here because it’s easier to get the materials to build at a cheaper price. The Philippines are islands and therefore more expensive to transport. 👍

Only 4 condo properties here are pet friendly that I have found. Riviera Jomtien. Riviera Wongamat. Riviera ocean drive. Riviera Monaco. And Copacabana Jomtien beach road. We have filmed all 5 and are available to watch on our channel Erin. 👍
