Hello! i have a question about POSTURAL TREMOR VERSUS NEUROGENIC TREMORS ( created by the three exercise) I suffer from a condition called Ehler danlos syndrome (EDS) a connective tissue disorders. that affects all the joints muscles and all the connective tissue within the body. Symptoms are many ! but to name a few - POTS autonomic dysfunction, palpitations and sometimes sinus tachycardia, Pain, Muscle weakness, vertigo (Balance problems), chronic fatigue, Depression, anxiety, panic attacks. And because of my EDS, I have a so called postural tremor in ALL the muscles in my body. what my doctor calls it "a unique unusual tremor" to explain this ” my tremor is simply a form of natural tremor. .But my eds and fragile long connective tissue make it occur everywhere. all the time. At the most simple movements .. Like when I go up and down a stairs .. When I nod with my head. So to speak, when I use the muscles the tremor occurs. The Tremor I have looks exactly like the one presented in your video "Your body's natural restorative tremor response" easiest way to explain my muscles is to think of spaghetti (haha) or if you think of an elastic band that lost its function. Therefore, tremors occur. So Here's my question. can I use the tremor I already have in my body? I notice that I absolutely do not need to warm up at all. Because I already have this tremor naturally everywhere. When I tried the exercises I felt that they were very nice stress-relieving and generally healing for my body awareness and inner stress. i was suprised by its effect. It feels like I found one of my thing to do . And i have already noticed a relief from certain symptoms. And especially that I feel more grounded. So can i just use my postural tremor to start the shaking process? thanks

How long it could take to eliminate 1 trauma? I know it depends, but i have been eliminating emotions in similar way, before i learned TRE recently, i was just letting my body shake the emotions, i was provoking them, since, lets say, i opened the emotions they came out more and more, each day i can eliminate few different emotions, its cool, but its more and more, and my question is: when it will stop? There will be a moment when all trapped emotions will be eliminated?

PabloML4T I've been doing tre and some bioenergetics for about 4 years. I find the deep breathng from bioenergetics works along with tre. if it's emotional stuff from childhood its gonna take some time. at least 5 years of work.

Thanks for answering, thats ok with me, the problem is that, i cant choose when i will eliminate the emotions, my body got used to eliminating them when it wants, thats was good at the begging, because i was moving fast, but now im tired. I need to rest more, any ideas?

And what exactly do you mean by bioenergetics? I just ordered vibration fitness platform, i guess it would help, will see.

PabloML4T there are lots of videos on bioenergetics on you tube. Elliot hulse, Alexander lowen. don't waste your money on gizmos and stuff. deep breathing is a good way of breaking up neuromuscular tension patterns. I learned a lot from KZbin. you can't decide which emotion needs to be released. think of it more as bound up repressed energy. when you work with releasing it ybe emotion connected with it will come up anyway.v
