I have a quary Are there restrictions on movement regarding leaving the dormitory, can they prevent you, especially at night? Can you speak more abt the dormitory policies?

Yeah ofcourse,you can talk ,go outside but you should pay attention to consider some parameters regarding rules and regulation imposed by university.
