I rode there once with my dad. It was many years ago and I was on an '86 Yamaha Yz125. I could never make it up those "soft hills" cause I guess either I just wasn't good enough or my bike didn't have enough power. Pretty sure my dad was on a newer Honda 250 2 stroke. When we went I remember riding around with a bunch of guys on what looked like sand rails or something and a few quads. That was a good weekend.

I plan on going back there with my dad again one day, but not until after I've gotten a bigger bike. What I want is a DR650 or DRZ400.

For most technical climbs your right, but these are man made piles of coal waste so the dirt is verrrrry loose. It’s wide open or you dig a hole lol
