Question: I had some help setting up my wallet. He told me to send an email to Support in order to get my Mnemonic Phrase, which I did. A few days later, I rec'd a 12-word phrase. The man then instructed me to choose "Import Mnemonic phrase". He said this was the best and safest way, to have Support generate the phrase for me. Anyway, I did that. Viola! Account all set up. Was this process of emailing Support (asking for a mnemonic phrase) a scam or a legit way to do this? Please help! I'm afraid I was scammed.
