If they want video then election commission can submit the video to court by blurring the faces. Court can have internal committee to recount through footage and VPAT slips. Blurring every voter's face will need a lot of processing power. (And we know how efficient govt offices are). Even after that, AI tends to make mistakes. Even after all this, all we covered was a small state with 2 Cr voters. There are 97 Cr voters in India. Whole process will be idealistic and impractical.
