Yes, we can measure the sound of recorded voices. No, the world would not look different if we spoke at 432Hz because that doesn't make any sense, see my rant above! :)

Hello! I was wondering how my voice would sound at 432 Hz? Can one manage this? I was curious due to the fact that we can influence water with our words... I was wondering whether it is the sound pitch that influences the water or the intention behind the words? Any feedback on my thoughts from you experts? Thanks for your time and sharing?

You can't play a voice at 432Hz. It doesn't make sense to say that; only music, or pitched instruments can be 'played' at 432Hz because it refers to how the instrument is tuned. Most music these days is tuned to the reference A4 = 440Hz, so 432Hz sounds very similar, just slightly lower in pitch. So it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to have a voice tuned to that since you don't talk in musical notes (though you could sing in musical notes). But either way, unless artistically relevant to have your music tuned lower, there is nothing fantastical about tuning to A4 = 432Hz. It's the same as 440, just lower.
