loved this vlog! It was so lovely to see you all making memories as a family. I am 6 months postpartum with my first baby and cannot thank Dan enough for putting everything across the way he did, honestly it is so overwhelming with the information your given but deep down you know your baby and you meet Sofias needs so that is all that matters. Do what you think is best and that is the saying I have truly started to believe in during motherhood x

@@miawootton I agree! I can relate to you so so much now especially with us being so local too… around here it’s terrible! Even in the shops, the amount of times I’ve had to tell complete strangers to not touch or kiss my baby is insane x

I love you and Dans relationship, yous are so perfect together and bounce off one anothers sarcasm. it's so real to see ❤ Also, the q&a!! Amazing, I'm quite a bit older than you, with a 3 - and 6 year old, but i wish i had this realism in the new stages of parenthood!! I hope so so many new parents see this and know its total normal to feel a shitstorm of emotions. I love my kids to bits, but parenting is fucking hard and drives me bonkers sometimes, but i would do ANYTHING in the world to protect and love them ❤ Honestly thank you Mia and Dan keep being your amazing selves ❤❤xx

Love this vlog love your two honesty on being first time parents. I am a mum to 3 kids, and my advice would be to prioritise your relationship with each other as its so easy to become disconnected after having baby. Xx

Loving your vlogs! 🥹 so happy to have found your channel, always look forward to your uploads and I save them for when I feed my baby girl in the evening 🥹 ❤ Also found for swim nappies, they don’t hold pee so if you get her dressed in swim nappy & costume, pop a normal nappy on top of costume to prevent any accidents! 😁

I’m a year postpartum and still not feeling the same, they say it can take up to 2 years. Nothing can prepare you for the newborn days, you’re so tired and trying to juggle everything, massive learning curve!

omg I wouldn’t dream of calling my baby a “tw*t” nevermind as a ‘joke’, there was no need for it. a baby communicates by crying and you are the only people they know? so for Dan to say “ she’s such a tw*t I love her but these are the times I think she’s a tw*t because I have to get up now” when she starts crying is slightly concerning. I don’t know why you would keep that in the vlog.. its not a joke and it certainly did not come across that way as he was annoyed he had to get out of his seat. there’s so many alarming things you are keeping in these vlogs.. like Dan falling and the baby’s neck jolting

She is sharing true and honest thoughts that parents experience when bringing a newborn into the world. I take my hat off to them as they are the only creators I’ve ever seen not cut this stuff out. You could almost guarantee the majority of people in the early stages of being parents have had accidents and thoughts like theirs, they just cut it out so your oblivious. The fake reality of a ‘perfect bubble’ people put out there now is so damaging to those who are actually wanting to educate themselves on how parenthood can really be.
