Practically speaking, Modiji didn’t exist in. 1956 to do what he did now!!! Legally speaking J&K like all other pocketed kingdoms, has written agreements to join but it remained unfinished work. Hence it was technically a country within country, but already lost 90% of choices to be a separate country. Ideally if POK didn’t exist, it would have been concluded then and there. Even now, we can’t be fully proud! We formalized only the part that’s within India. 60% still exists as POK! Beauty of Indian democracy is, despite it is magnanimous power, with practically no one siding with Pakistan, India went through proper constitutional obligations, and smartly used 370 and 35 for Kashmir, Jammu and Ladakh, as weapons to kill the effectiveness of 370 and 35!!! Just like vaccination introduce imitated infections to avoid the virus in future, 370 was modified and used to make 370 ineffective!!! 😀😀😀 💐💐💐 Jai Hind!!! 💐💐💐

Article 370 (1) still remains on the statute Book. Using this, a President who always works on the instructions of Central Government, in future can change this article and restore original position. In my opinion, article 370 should be entirely removed.

17:07 that’s the real issue, you change the whole agreement by changing the words or the meaning of the words yourself. It’s like they told Kashmiris that if you become part of India we will give you Hospitals, schools, jobs etc. and then after they join India and agreement is made, India replaces the words “Hospital”, “schools”, and “jobs” with “oppression”, “death”, and “grave”. Most definitely to prevent Pakistan sponsored Islamic terrorists from spreading propaganda against the Government of India- organizing civil unrest and violent demonstrations in the wake of the abrogation of Article 370. That's why! As to 'it being not acceptable to Kashmiris' sure it would not be acceptable the sessionist elements of the State. But when one invokes Kashmiris one cannot cherry pick Muslim Kashmiris or the secessionist elements in the State; one must also consider the 3-5 million or so Kashmiri Hindus based in Jammu and elsewhere in India and the world, who are also have an equal stake in the State. One cannot blithely ignore the fact that (A) the State of Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India (those who are not reconciled to this fact are free to leave and migrate to Pakistan en masse) (B) Article 370 was designed to be a temporary measure and was meant to be repealed sooner or later. Secessionists never accepted that so why would it be acceptable to them?

Article 370 is not the only thing wrong. Kashmir for Kashmiris, Maharashtra for Mahrashtrians, the Dravidian model ensuring that "others" do not come to Dravidasthan, and so on and so forth. From Day 1, if anyone talked of Secession , it should have been treason. If anyone talked of anything regional, denying the right of the people of the land to move freely within the country, as guaranteed in the Bill of Rights of the Magna Carta, should have been enforced. Nehru did not do that. As such given that Nehru had endorsed Article 370 and his great grandson is openly talking about repealing that abolition, should be considered as treason.

I'm not a commentator in the matter if politics and constitution. As a spectator and arms force personal deployed in the valley at that period, I've experienced the various consequences upon amendment of art. 370 and 35a. Almost every aware Kashmiri believe that it is abrogated totally and this instance has deliberately reduce devil stone pelting at security agencies. The whole active terrorist section and SANGBAZ gang goes into hibernation for a specific period, at that period in certain LAC speculation fire was decreased. Honestly it's an impact on political correctness in the valley, terrorist activities and some anti social and governmental tactics. Definitely it is a bold and justified steps in favor of our nation as well as citizen of India. Many leaders and opportunists take advantage of the inappropriate act, whereas people living in adjacent to LAC are totally unaware and they had nothing to do with them. Ultimately it was an instrument to the exploit benefits from government by few opportunists which was designed and crafted exclusively for the notorious cult. Article 370 was 100% amended in legal terms - which is as good as an annulment, repeal or abrogation. The Govt of India was able to use its powers under article 370(1) to amend article 367, and then use a Presidential Order to amend 370 in totality. All provisions of Article 370 were replaced by the text "All provisions of this Constitution, as amended from time to time, without any modifications or exceptions, shall apply to the State of Jammu and Kashmir notwithstanding anything contrary contained in article 152 or article 308 or any other article of this Constitution or any other provision of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir or any law, document, judgement, ordinance, order, by-law, rule, regulation, notification, custom or usage having the force of law in the territory of India, or any other instrument, treaty or agreement as envisaged under article 363 or otherwise"
