Demography of India - Shankar Sharan -

In this Indic Talk, Shankar Sharan discusses the proverbial elephant in the room which Indian secular culture refuses to see. He is talking about demography and how demographic balance is important for any culture, civilization or nation. Religious demography of India is an explosive topic that almost everyone knows about but no one likes to mention it. India is going through a major demographic upheaval in which a few religious demographic groups are growing at a disproportionately more rate than other groups which can change the very nature and milieu of India as we know it. If we do not become conscious of this demographic problem soon, Shankar Sharan warns things will only become worse.

friends one child policy is the first thing china is regretting.. because now in a family there is one child who has to earn for 2 parents and 4 grandparents.. half of 21st century will be great for china, but later its not in china's favour at all. Whereas they didn't know that inorder to maintain a triangular demographic chart population net growth should be 2.1 per female. that's why i think hum Doh hamare doh is a better policy, because that way 4 kids can look after 8 elders and it can go on and on and on
