Sir I do have one question though, what should be the thickness of unwind md or any other anterior deprogrammer, at what dimension the maxillary and mandibular teeth be separated? And the end of video you said, CR is recorded at an increased vertica dimension, so what is that dimension exactly?

When using an anterior deprogrammer (whether short, intermediate, or long) how much teeth separation are we looking for at the back; how thick should the jig be? Thank you

The Kois Deprogrammer advises 1mm separation on the molars, therefore 3 mm separation on the anteriors

@@DrMoezKhakianiMDSMumbai because of my anatomically slightly forward maxilla after wearing braces I got lots of tmd symptoms such as tinnitus, erectile dysfunction. I asked my dentist to add extra dental filling(it's 3mm higher) and most of symptoms disappeared. After kois deprogrammer my front teeth don't contact at all and I was curious how higher molars push jaw forward? Is it because of joint/mandible condyle new position? I'm so sorry for this question but orthodontics don't know how to treat tmd. Thank you 🙌

It's infact the exact opposite... Opening of the bite will take your lower jaw backwards... Just like how a scissor opens...
