Centrifugal Sorting Bowl with Pre-Feeder

Automatically deliver closures to capping machines with the centrifugal sorting bowl and pre-feeder from Liquid Packaging Solutions.
Operators can simply load bulk caps into the pre-feeder hopper on this simple cap delivery device. Caps move up the pre-feeder on a cleated belt and fall into the sorting bowl where a starwheel is used to allow correctly oriented closures to be delivered to the capping machine via a chute.
Caps that are not oriented correctly simply fall into a return port placing them back in the hopper. This cap delivery system can work with a range of cappers and closures.
