Isabela looks very attractive especially in the area by the square. The clear blue sky and the ocean look beautiful. It appears that there has been quite a bit of rebuilding since the hurricanes in 2017.

It's very attractive...... It looked like its picking up well, found a few vacant store fronts..... But every town is having that issue.
