I dont see the synergy between these two archtypes. Can someone please explain it to me? The cards does nothing for each other. Yeah you can put up a nice board like the 1st game, but how optimal is that?

They synergize because both decks levels complement each other and Centurion can get all its plays off without a normal summon. This deck is more about making Swordsoul better, not centurion. Thats what I think at least.

If you synchro Chixiao you can use it to banish Blackout and create lv4 tuner, make lv12 Centurion and start Centurion combo from there Also Centurion monster level fit more with Swordsoul compare to Tenyi, and since you dont need link you can have more space for lv8-10-12 synchro

17:40 i think you miss played that hand a little, it could've made baronne first then go into centurion combo Although they would've probably just made cosmic prior to baronne so ehh

Mannadium into Centurion does much better than the Swordsoul one, More negates end board and cosistently more.

Why do you chain primera after the field?

Normally you use primera to get the field spell so i guess he just wanted to place another monster in spell and trap instead
