@@CenturionWrestlingNJ you are doing great. We struggle in our program as well. Looks like you have some leaders in that class as well. In this video do you release the hands after the opponent is turned?

@@kdak247 thank you! It’s always worth it though because a lot of kids will still get a lot out of it! For this particular technique I’m teaching to work for the fall so I wouldn’t release, but for most top technique I focus on transitioning right into the next technique.
