punk recognize juri DP has a greater wider hitbox which can catch blanka ball from a very far distance compared to cammy thats very difficult to consistantly DP the blankball because the hitbox is litterally her BODY and not a projectile like juri's.

@@crimsonraiza3633 Cammy got a lot of tools this time around, but nothing near as good as the top tier normal attacks that a good chunk of the characters have to help you shimmy and lead to big damage. She has st HP, but if you can hit that, they can usually cr MK you too. Her speed and maneuverability are insane though, so it's hard to say how she will rank as players get better and better with all the arsenals. Still, I would not be surprised if she kinda gets drowned out in the long run.

I think the DLC characters are already ready to go. They were in the original leak so they were already being worked on with the initial cast. I think that they are working on new areas, single player content, and new stories around the DLC characters.

In tournaments things need to be quick to set up, quick to take down and the systems they use need to be reliable, so they're nearly always on console. There are a few exceptions (like how it's Melty Blood tradition to fight in bathroom stalls on the crappiest of laptops), but for most organizers/tech crew PC is not worth the (potential) trouble.
