It’s true that these short dramas are produced with a low budget, but changing a hospital gown shouldn’t be too difficult. Paying attention to these seemingly minor details can have a better impact on the audience. Often, we see characters who were stabbed or in a car accident coming out of the operating room still wearing their watch, shoes, or coat.😅

The dub English especially the the name is terrible not G- U. and D- I. IT should pronounce, GUO and DE In word. Its clearly wrong in translations not good in English term.
