Good chemistry between the very handsome Ml and pretty Fl. I loved the way XuYichen loved and supported Su Xiao Xiao. It makes for fierce sibling rivalry when two brother love the same woman! The Ml's love rivals were relentless in vying for unilateral love even though they knew he loved Su Xiao Xiao. It seemed some important parts were missing making it hard to tell why some incidents were happening and creating incomplete storylines like who was the mysterious man behind the attacks and why! I loved the the Ml's brother finally conceded to him but warning him that he would come back for her if he did not protect her. I wanted to see Xu Yichen and Su Xiao Xiao's relationship developed more, but this version ended abruptly. Interesting to watch.

She is not a mistress. The ML has always been in love with his wife and never cheated on her. The one that people are mistaking as a mistress is the sister of his friend who died. He made a dying friend a promise that he would take care of his sister. He only ever treated her as a sister and consistently tells her that that is their relationship but she is completely obsessed with him. She thinks that she is in love with him but someone that behaves in the way that she does is not loving at all, it is selfish obsession. The ML unfortunately has spoilt her and given in to her demands too much because he feels sorry that she no longer has any family, but this has led to the problems now. This is a shorter version of this drama, in the longer version we learn more about the love that the ML has for his wife. We also learn that the brother is involved in some shady stuff, so although he does genuinely love the FL he doesn’t always do the right thing by her and due to some of the bad people he associates with he may not be the best choice for her. The friend’s sister fuels all of the mistress rumours because she wants to break up the marriage. She is a terrible person.

the storyline is a bit of a stretch. the FL is the least attractive actress in the drama and her acting is also not stellar. its difficult to see any chemistry between her supposed husband (who is very cute) and we are expected to believe they are madly in love - really? too much editing makes the drama choppy and produces gaps that dont make sense. lucky the ML is good-looking but even his acting is average - the storyline is silly and totally unbelievable

I don't even worship a God. Where is prove of a God's existence? I've never seen, felt, smelled a God. Because a BOOK says so? A book which was written by 44 humans? Adding something and leaving something out because it suited them or that time? God fearing people, why do ppl fear something which is called good and love? God is a fantasy to keep people in line, rule people with fear. I believe in things, stuff I can feel, smell, see. I believe in real science. I believe in myself, my own strengths. I don't believe in fairytales because I'm an adult and I can think for myself. 🤔🤨😐umh,to me this was confusing as hell,editing repeating it's like two different dramas put into one,new cast and crew members,good looking with decent acting skills,fl appear to have had some type of trauma and loss her memory,two brothers are in love with her,scheming crazy vindictive evil doers have been plotting and doing evil things to her,so that they can break her up for her husband and the actress friend can have a better chance to get with him,but he only treats and sees her as a little sister🤯🤯but fl had a interesting background possible wealthy.🙄🙄2 days rewining and I'm still confused.🤪🤪🤪

He probably developed a crush on her when they were children. Their fathers were close and they always played together as children so it probably started then. If he had a crush on her at that time and was aware that they had been promised to each other maybe in his mind she really was the princess he could imagine marrying, and then over time his feelings were allowed to develop and grow. Because he always liked her he probably never bothered picturing himself with anyone else. He probably followed her around like an attentive puppy when they were kids but probably teased her a lot because he was too shy to express himself. Maybe that is why she didn’t notice he had genuine feelings for her. I think that their love story is really sweet. I think that he probably likes her positivity, honest nature, and her kind heart.
