She should have married the 2nd ML, so legally, the ex couldn't do squat. It didn't have to be a love match but for security. I don't know why she resisted his proposal. I guess even with her revenge, she just couldn't let the douche go. Damn that traitorous heart. It gets us into trouble every time.

The second ML turns out to be just as bad as the first ML, neither are good men and the stuff the first husband did is unforgivable, he enjoyed torturing his wife and used revenge as an excuse and the fact he desecrated his own child’s grave is disgusting. These Chinese dramas seem to think violence, rape and abuse is somehow romantic. Absolutely vile.

Ahhh..he just test her durability in terms of her allergicness yet she couldn't bear it and use the meds at once! He is very cruel yet still could draw me to watch this series. I'm going to assume the FL lost a few brain cells when her head got bashed on that stone bench earlier if she goes back to her baby daddy. I still can't figure out how he thinks he stoll has rights/possession over her and their daughter. He didn't even want a kod with her for all the abuse and torture he put her through. I'm.guessing he saw how cute their daughter is and wants her for the perfect family postcard. He's all into possessing peopke/stuff. O'm glad 2nd ML beats on him like a drum. He tortured his own wife on the word of a kying harlot he trusted. He needed a beatdown.

I really wish this were a slightly higher budget film because the premise is actually pretty cool, but the execution is very poor. The acting is way over the top. The way it shot would make American soap operas look tame by comparison.

I have watched the full length drama of this version, the ML is a psychopath. He beats her, cracks her head against a stone bench in a cemetery, arranges for her to get raped while he watches from a monitor. At the last minute as she screams for help, he "changes" his mind but not before she's completely terrorized, then he decides he's the only one who "can have her".. 🙄but he hates her. Tries to force an abortion...you know all the stuff a "loving" spouse/fiancé would do. 😐 Once he thinks she's dead, then he "can't live without her..."... 🤢 Of course, she comes back for revenge and ends up going back with him cause he saves her life one time. LMAO...I am kind of glad she did not end up with the second ML, he deserves somebody smarter and less of a wishy washy fool 🤯
