It was kinda obvious from the beginning that he liked her as well but he didn't have the courage to stand up to his family and the others around him and admit it. By the time he did she had already began to fall for the ml. Ml had a problem with his mouth sometimes but when she needed someone he was always there. It was amusing to watch him get all upset about her feelings towards the other guy but he had to remind himself he knew what he was getting himself into. To win her over he was going to need lots of patience and perseveration. Fl, it's kinda of hard to move on when everyone just keeps throwing it in your face and wanting you to prove over and over again that your over your first love. It's horrible how they all treated her when her feelings got exposed five years prior being once again thrown away. It's not like they were blood related and you can't help who you fall in love with and from what I can tell it's not like she was throwing herself at him. Those around them made the issue so much worse especially when they sent her away it was like they were definitely confirming the rumour were true. Luckily fl found the one person who had her back and she got her happy ending.
