I'm just a casual Tekken player. I like this game's graphics, I like the character designs, I like the music and stages, but I don't like the actual fighting of Tekken any more. Starting with Tekken 6, I think the so called "aerial" combos are just too broken, especially nowadays. Story modes are kind of iffy to me now too. Dark Resurrection was the last really good Tekken game, in my opinion. I know there are people who will disagree, and that's ok

Wired has better latency than wireless, meaning it will lag less. They also don't suffer from interference and you don't have to worry about connecting/disconnecting. It's easier to just plug in and you're good to go, no problems. Gamepads versus fight sticks is mostly about preference. But these arcade games are built with fight sticks in mind so I'd say they are the more popular choice.

It's been a very long time since I have last played a Tekken game (mind you, the only one i've played is Tekken Revolution). Whenever I went up against King, he always manages to do the 3-grab combo that appears at 14:48, which pretty much wipes out the remainder of my character. To anyone reading this, how would I go about in breaking out of the 3-combo grab? I've never had much experience with the Tekken games, so when I get caught up in that situation, I would always give up and admit defeat.

garciafever deflect the initial grab, it depends on situation. If you have a quick character use a simple punch to deflect the grab then move backwards. This is because king is a a very close quarter character.

They are playing an arcade build of the game. You can play tekken 7 you just have to be willing to go to an event that has the game.

These were arcade tekken 7 days. Arcade version had different color filters and slightly different visual effects. You can get classic stage color grading via mods tho

im sorry majin just choked. should have used the hop knee more in the last round. did not use the lassoro kick down forward 3,4 with king works great when opponents are getting up or crouching. another geat move for a opponents getting up is up 2 with king both moves end with king on the ground if you get up with 3 without getting hit while on the ground you can follow up with a ground throw. majin just wasnt using kings stacked move list. i know there are quite a bit of punishable moves bit sometimes you have to take a chance. good job on pulling off kings bridge

Winning one of these tournaments wins you a spot in the big tournament at the end of the season but precludes you from entering any more of these qualifying tournaments unless you forfeit that spot. Anakin keeps winning, forfeiting his spot, entering the next tournament, and winning again. He is doing it to get as much practice as possible before Nationals. It is terrifying to watch.
