Thanks for the video. I finally established a way to increase my net income per month. My 2024 goal is to pay off the house by Sept 2024 (8 years total into a 30 year @ 4%). I have no debt other than mortgage. My 401k, HSA, IRA and emergency funds get maxed out. The mortgage is my last piece of debt left. I don't have any school loan or CC debt. I actually haven’t been following yarimi for long started following his journey in February coming across his KZbin channel but once I saw a short and heard his story it reminded me of similar circumstances that I’d been through, I actually feel like there’s someone who’s been in my shoes and has found ways to achieve. The reason I haven’t enrolled already is because I’ve previously enrolled on courses and haven’t had the best experiences and have felt as if I needed to learn specific skills myself due to the teaching not being based on what I need to learn and more being on what they want to tell or teach and not being the most useful which has actually drained my money. With my first payout I would save 20% of it and slowly reinvest the other percentile over time and implement a financial spreadsheet and tracker separating the four or more elements of my life and dividing the percentages among those and use this to then balance my life.

I wasted my whole time believing he was an underprivilege child who made it out of his circumstances because he was a decent guy... I then realized he is a complete scammer who's just good at talking, I also trade, and his trading technique is crap, a basic KZbin video can tell you those basic trading techniques and he's charging for it. Like all these scammers, they make money from selling their courses to people that are dumb enough to buy them. Waste of time!
