Same I just wrapped my truck in a black rose color less than a year ago and it's already starting to show the fine scratches/hazing. Truck gets parked under a tent at home but in the sun all day while at work

You should also Prep your surface before a coat with a 50 Percent Ipa mixture.

Ceramic coating is amazing stuff. Definitely worth doing especially on a new vehicle. Never seen it done on wrap but it looks amazing and will protect a well 👌

There is two slits in the sides of the orange block to hold the microfiber on :).

Id advise on a wrap use a ipa wipe down previous to coating the car, with ceramic a little product goes along way hence why you can coat an entire car twice with 30ml. If your doing it on your own it’s best to go slow, remember these are semi permanent coatings so once it’s on there you can’t go back.

You need to apply the ceramic coating to a smaller section than advised in this video. The coating dries within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

When you coat, you want to make sure your surface has no dust and etc. Usually youll be able to see the flash but im not sure what ceramic coating your using (might be the cquartz uk?). Good DYI though.

How would you prep a car that has been ceramic coated on paint before wrapping? Full cutting compound job or is there a strong product wrappers use?

One mistake. You don't need to wait 24h for next coat, it depends on which ceramic coat you buy so you must read instructions for each one. I put on my car and on my friends car C quartz ceramic coat from CAR PRO and they said that I must wait about 4h before I put another layer.

I did a video on using Ceramic Pro before. Yes its very strong and potent but it sure as hell doesn't last a year or more like they say and you have to reapply. Definitely not worth the price when you can use other cheaper ceramic coating and reapply when ever you want.
