Proper sized bowl.
Proper sized spoon.
Proper milk.
No weighting.
No cups.
No putting bits back.
No attention to the BS portion sizes.

Grab a bowl.
Get the box, or boxes.
Pour to FULL.
Eat.
Repeat to FULL and SATISFIED.

And remember… if that takes several bowls then that is absolutely ok. It doesn’t mean cereal is a poor choice/not filling enough etc etc. It just means that you need more cereal. Eat up, move on.
