Cereal without the ED BS

Proper sized bowl.
Proper sized spoon.
Proper milk.
No weighting.
No cups.
No putting bits back.
No attention to the BS portion sizes.

Grab a bowl.
Get the box, or boxes.
Pour to FULL.
Eat.
Repeat to FULL and SATISFIED.

And remember… if that takes several bowls then that is absolutely ok. It doesn’t mean cereal is a poor choice/not filling enough etc etc. It just means that you need more cereal. Eat up, move on.

Hi I commented on your video, yesterday but I wanted to know about where you get bigger bowls. I have been looking everywhere for bigger bowls but only seem to be in the conundrum of seeing small one’s everywhere. Any shops or websites you recommend? Thank you! Hey, I tend to buy a lot of my stuff at The Range (think this is just a UK place and not sure where you are based) and have certainly never struggled to find large bowls there. And I always try to respond to questions on here when I am able too so please do feel free to comment them x
