Ceremony Intergeneration Transition - Jacto Group (Trailer)

Jacto Group celebrates its 71st anniversary in 2019. In its first 33 years, the company was established and led by founder Shunji Nishimura, the first generation of the Nishimura family here in Brazil. For the next 38 years, Jacto Group was led by representatives of the family’s second generation, the brothers Takashi, Jiro, Chikao, Shiro and Jorge. Overcoming challenges and crises
along this path, Jacto has grown, built itself up and expanded its borders, and it is now recognized as one of the most solid and innovative companies in the Brazilian market.
It is with great joy and hope in our future that we announce the transition of Grupo Jacto’s leadership to members of the third generation, beginning a new stage in our history. We are aware of the significance and seriousness of this decision, and for that very reason, 15 years ago we began a preparation program for future generations so that our children were ready to take the reins at the right time. That time has finally come.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the support, affection, solidarity and commitment offered during the almost 40 years of work under the leadership of this current generation in charge of the Jacto Group. The future will continue to be challenging and we are already optimistically looking forward to the successful arrival of the group’s 100-year anniversary, now under the third generation’s leadership. We thank God for all the blessings we have received thus far and we ask for continued wisdom, direction and strength to continue our journey together.
