When we have many people supporting thieves that steals taxpayer's money.....when we have many people supporting people who don't respect Federal Constitutions (which are our country's HIGHEST LAWS)......when we have many people who disregard and have no respect for our RUKUN NEGARA......when we have many people who are rushing to kiss thieves hands.......then you'll know what types of people we are raising in our society. Nowadays our society are full of people who accepts and condones wrongdoing and wrongdoers as long as these wrongdoers meet 'certain criterias'. What criterias.....I'll leave that to your imaginations.

75 percent of all divorce cases are always behind man committing adultery sometimes in their life and when caught by the spouses they abuse their wife's because they protect their new found and it also gives to the 25 percent of women who neglect and turn cold towards the husband and there in the kids suffer.Human should be humane but alas today's world is loosing it's sprituality with even preacher's raping student's.Thats the sad part of this world.

Anak2 kecik yang masih tak tahu apa2, yang masih kecil dan belum matang....sengaja dimasukkan ke sekolah agama.....padahal kenapa tak dimasukkan ke sekolah2 kebangsaan biasa? Kan mereka masa dimasukkan ke sekolah agama n=mereka belum masuk Islam....jadi kenapa? Apabila dah masuk sekolah tahfiz....semua 100% budak2 adalah muslim/Islam.......jadi budak2 ni kalau tak ikut mereka gerenti akan rasa tertekan (bukan bermaksud orang tekan mereka tapi dalam situasi/keadaan sebegini memang akan tertekan terutama lagi2 tiada bimbingan ibubapa/ahli keluarga terdekat ada bersama mereka). Bila berhadapan dengan situasi sebegini dan perlu berdiam dan sesuaikan diri bersama semua yang sekelas.....lama-kelamaan dah biasa dan sedikit-sebanyak dicuci otak dah oleh pihak2 tertentu). Bayangkan KALAU anak2 melayu Islam dilarikan dan dimasuk ke sekolah Tamil dan lepas tu diHindukan tanpa persetujuan/pengetahuan ibu muslim/Islam mereka.......Mufti Perlis ok tak dengan sebegitu?

Your sole witness if such a case is filed in the courts is a drug addict who is doing time in a federal prison for serious crimes. Your accused is a civil servant under a religious department. It will descend into a mockery of he said I said circus. Any prosecutor willing to try such a case is most probably going to remember the judge for tearing him a new one.

Orang yang di panggil 'suami' itu harus ditanam hidup-hidup sebab dia bukan lagi manusia atau binatang. Bila sudah ambil syabu, memang jadi begini akhirnya. Anak-anak tidak dibenarkan jumpa ibu kandung mereka. Sakit hati sangat tengok kisah ini. Kalau suami ini tidak di humban kedalam penjara menunjukkan sistem perundangan Malaysia lemah dan tidak adil.

The father has been convicted of domestic violence and has paid a fine about 10 thousand ringgit for the crime he committed..the father also been convicted and is serving a prison sentence for a drug abuse..I didnt see in this matter, the authorities did not carry out their duties properly ... The case of domestic violence, the father was fined and the father has also imprisoned for a drug abuse..the problem now is, why did the mother of the children not come to see her children even though she was informed that the children were in the care centre..?..why the mother use the excuse that there is no time and busy and not enough money for transportation fare..why the mother didn't come even though the ustazah nazirah was willing to pay the transportation fare for their mother to come to the care centre, and why when the Racist politicians come to incite their mothers, he can come by slandering the ustazah nazirah kidnapped her childrem?..ustazah Nazirah has kept all the evidence of whatsapp screenshots with Loh if this matter arises..and maybe Loh will be punished if she slanders ustazah Nazirah...well see

Horrible ordeal and immense sufferings Ms. Loh n children had endured.. The system failed them so badly in their defenseless situation yet ignorant people choose to be blind and gullible to despise the vulnerable victims. Good that justice is acknowledged now. It so horrendous to think that a human being and what more a husband can treat her in such a terrible manner. Hearing her story has made me realise i have so much to be grateful for. Thank you Madam Mariam. It takes guts to do the reporting you do. . Kudos to you for bringing out the humane angle of this issue. God bless you for being a compassionate human being first and foremost .Perhaps now people will be able to appreciate her plight and what she has endured. I pray that now she has been united with her children, they will find love and strength to be each others pillar. I certainly hope that organizations will come to her aid and help her so that she will be able to provide a stable environment for her children.

Dalam zaman sekarang ini masih ada lagi berlaku kekejaman terhadap isteri2 dan anak2 oleh suami2 yg tdk bertanggungjawab.. Yg menderita ibu2 yg terpaksa berpisah dengan anaknya2 kerana dibawa lari oleh bapa mereka... dan bila ibu telah dapat kembali bersama anaknya2 siibu pula terpaksa memikul beban utk menyarahi hidup anak2 dalam membesarkan dan memberikan mereka pendidikan...alangkah sedihnya kisah seorg ibu yg telah mengharungi penghidupan yg penuh terseksa dan menderita...semoga negara kita sentiasa prihatin memberikan perhatian dan sokongan kpd ibu2 tunggal yg amat memerlukan bantuan dalam penghidupan mereka....

You are wrong. Malay muslim women face their own challenges with the shariah courts, or more accurately the behaviour and actions of those reaponsible of runninng the shariah courts. 1 think the current record is 15 years of being given the run around for a woman to get her divorce.

Lagi satu isu adalah kenapa tiada tindakkan atau perbincangan mengenai peruntukkan pengislaman kanak kanak bawah umur tanpa persetujuaan kedua dua ibu bapa dalam peruntukkan perundangan shariah beberapa negeri terutamanya bila sudah berlaku kes yang sebiji sama dan menimbulkan huru hara yang sama dalam mencari penyelesaian utk kes tersebut. Terutamanya bila kepincangan tersebut bukan sahaja membawa berbagai masalah bagi semua yang terlibat tetapi bertentangan dengan perlembagaan negara dan melaga lagakan perundangan persekutuan dan syariah negeri. Belum sentuh lagi yang cuba memainkan sentimen keagamaan dengan terpekik pekik kenapa undang undang "Islam" tunduk pada undang undang persekutuan, kononnya ia umdang undang manusia atau sistem kafir. Tak berani nak buat andaian adakah yang melaung laungkan kwnyataan ini dari kumpulan yang ada agenda mereka tersendiri atau dari kumpulan yang jahil kental. Perlembagaan adalah asas segala pangkat, kedudukan, kuasa, hak dan dasar perundangan, proses dan tatacara berfungsinya sebuah negara. Termasuk kedudukan Sultan sebagai ketua agama negeri dan kuasa serta mandat memperuntukkan perundangan shariah untuk isu isu urusan kehidupan harian yang beragama Islam. Perlembagaan juga sebab kenapa hukum hudut tidak dilaksanakan di Malaysia. Sebab utama adalah tiada peruntukkan dimana dua orang berlainan yang melakukan jenayah yang serupa boleh diadili dan dihukum mengunakkan dua kanun berlainan. Sebab yang sama cadangan yang beragama islam melalui sistem perundangan persekutuan dan kemudiannya makamah shariah. Ia melanggar asas perlembagaan dimana setiap individu diberi jaminan tidak akan dibicara kali kedua atas aatu tuduhan atau menjalani dua hukuman disebabkan satu jenayah. Yang buat seseorang sakit hati adalah pemimpin parti PAS yang membawa sentimen yang sama atas kemungkinan jahil pekat atau menanguk air yang keruh. Kedua duanya cukup sebab kenapa mereka tak layak memegang jawatan YB atau dilantik ke parlimen.

A husband who is a drug addict and who abuses his wife & children cannot be considered a Muslim. By just having Islam stated as his religion in his identity card doesn't make him a Muslim. A muslim is one who submits himself to God and follow the teachings in the Quran. The Quran teaches people to be kind and just. Abusing one's wife and children is totally un islamic. The same goes for corruption. If one is corrupt he or she cannot be considered a Muslim.

Perisai yang paling kukuh untuk dapstkan sokongan walaupun anda seorg yg zalim ialah menggunakan perisai islam. Kerana org islam yg cetek ilmu akan sokong tanpa usul periksa. Inilah masyarakat melayu skang di malaysia.

saya kurang bersetuju dgn.puan kerana..1.sumber puan.tidak pelnagai hanya MK saja..jangan.tertipu dgn.tulisan.wartawan..banyak.contoh laporan.media bias....2.Ada video 2019 yang menunjukkan.Loh.melawat anaknya fi hospital..dan.anaknya marahkan.loh...ikut jantan.lain..jadi disini sama ada warta2an.berbohong atau segaja charater assisanatiin.terjadap suami..tapi bukti video...3 Adajkah benar loh mencari anaknya selama.3 tahun..adahkah report polis dibuat dan.bila..byk.persoalan.yang tidak jelas.....4.sekiranaya tiada pertolongan.dari perlis..agaknya apa jadi nasib kana kanak itu..cuba fikirkan..ada tak.
