just a guess but I think it was a fan request. Just for laughs he did it. For EU this is less of an issue.

They basically talked about famous czech singer Vladimir Merta for a while as he is a guest on their new album. They mention he likes to take his clothes off often and the interviewer said it never happened to him, that somebody takes clothes off in studio. Jakub Cermaque (this singer) than said it would be shame not to do such a thing... and confirms his words a bit later. :)
