In my book this version is waaaay superior to the original. I too have this single, which i found amongst a pile of discarded singles scattered in a bush in a nearby wood. Took the majority with me home and cleaned the lot and later transferred to tape and later again to CD. Mine has no scratches at all despite its fate. nice to hear other people appreciate this lost gem.
