The last step is wrong. The answer would be min(0.874,0.808) = 0.808. Measure of belief value beyond 1 doesn't make sense theoretically.

Yes MB & MD value lies between 0 to 1 . See we are calculating total values for MB & MD for Certainly Factor whose total sum is not dependent upon this range . Don't get confused.
