I have gone through 2 c sec in 1½ year and 1 Tubectomy operation. Since my deliveries m carrying both my babies all the time. M the only one at home to look after my babies. N now the pain is noticeable. M having severe back n neck pain . N during my night sleep my left hand gets cramping... I don't get enough rest n sleep. M so frustrated with the pain m going through. Everybody says do exercises the pain will go. Let's c if it goes away.
