I usually buy tech for their resale value personally. Though I think owning their stocks is more profitable. I own a handful of them worth $200,000. But my trust level in Trump is so low that I would not commit for too long. I'm at crossroad if I should sell now or not, my goal is at least $1m before retirement. I need advice on this.

Agreed, opting for a CFP is currently the optimal approach for navigating the financial market, particularly for newbies and those nearing retirement. At first-hand experience, my portfolio has surged over 300% since the covid crash of 2020 to date.

Right, the issue is people have the “I want to do it myself” mentality but aren't equipped enough for a crash, hence they get burnt. No offense. Ideally, investment advisors are reps for investing, and at first-hand experience, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since Jan. 2020 amid the COVID-outbreak, amounting to nearly 7 figures as of today.

Im so glad Aptera made this list. Just watched another video and I don't think the guy knew there was an outside.
@robertkirchner798114 күн бұрын
Aptera needs 60 million to make it to production. That sounds like a lot, until you realise that they've made it this far on less than 200 million, which compared to Rivian, Lucid, Tesla, etc. is peanuts, to to mention the companies that have failed for far more, like Lordstown, Canoo, and Fisker.
@Fairburne6914 күн бұрын
@robertkirchner7981 US Capital deal was supposed to get them there. It did almost nothing. Now they are crowd funding again. I agree with you that in the grand scheme of things $60 million isn't a lot but they are struggling to get it and without it production won't happen. And if they do get it but not soon there is no way we will see production by the end of the year. Delays in funding at this point will delay production. I'm hoping CES will change things for them but I'm reasonably worried.

The future of gaming handhelds SHOULD be a console that exists inside a controller, and viewing glasses for the screen. Slapping a screen between halves of a controller isn’t ideal. It’s less comfortable. It’s too much weight. It’s just …. 30 year old thinking. It’s exactly what was happening in the 1990s.
@paihobbes868013 күн бұрын
I'd personally go with a hybrid of the glasses/vr and Nintendo power glove/gloves that fit on your hands and map keys to gestures/fingers. That would kick ass
@zero1101013 күн бұрын
@ sure. There’s no reasonable version of the power glove though. Nothing like that exists that is reasonably functional and priced for mass market appeal. But, there are several game systems that fit in a controller sized package. And, the glasses already exist.

Essentially with just the press of the button, the box opens all of those little nano drones flies out embedding themselves "temporarily of course"wherever you want them! Instead of a projector w/ the projection mat "I don't know what you call it"or just using a wall. Then you'll have 14K HD QLEDm "m-Mobile"!
