I was listening to something similar at that age - but I’m way older than you bud. I was listening to “know the ledge” (Erik B. & Rakim) and might be where this original beat is from. I was about 10-11 years old too, but instead of Assassins Creed - we were playing Super Mario Bros. on my buddy Lou’s brand new NINTENDO console. It was the sh*t! Like you said, time flies ~ so be sure and take time to breathe & look at what’s going on around you a bit whenever you can.
