Don't touch normal water. 7 don't take bath daily. And how to care your self and newborn baby I need separate video for these topics also. I was so sure that I wanted normal delivery and everything is normal and healthy from the start to end but i was abt to complete my tenth months and didn't get any sign of labour pain even my cervix was also closed so I have to go for c section. This video really motivated me through my touch time and gave me all the courage. I prepared my mind coz i was so sure that everything is normal and obviously I will deliver normally but anything can happen. In the end your and your babies health is all that matters.

My neighbour said having cesarean delivery means being handicaped for whole life. Listening people's comments after c-sec is more painfull. I was totally depressed for 1 month. No one thinks about mother's emotional health.

@@lipikadash9456 The topic is about forceful unnecessary ceaserian and if u r active than there is no chance of ceaserian. Lady who remains active during pregnancy definitely delivers normally but doctors don't want it and just to earn more profit he advice ceaserian mostly elective or sometimes emergency. It happened with me also I had no problem during the whole pregnancy but doctor forced me for elective ceaserian but I delivered my baby normally

Even I was able to walk properly the day after my C-section, I didn't feel any pain. Today is the 14th day since my C-section, and I am able to do everything without anybody help. So plz don’t feel bad if you are going for c section delivery

i have a baby boy with hie stage 2, due to normal delivery which was completely not norml. baby didnt cried at birth 20days of ventilator support and still have seizure problem and delayed milestones and docs hv cleared us that he'll not have a normal life for sure. so if conditions are not favourable dont opt for normal delivery

One of AIIMS retired gyno doctor told me to not take epidural as without pain female is not able to push the baby and only through pain she know how much and when she has to push in between contractions... And due to epidural lady is not able to sense the urge to push and it result in involvment of instrument to take baby out and it sometimes result in tearing of ears or cause hurt to baby...

But honestly mam after watching your video now I am relaxed and will move forward for the same.
