Is Refusal of TOLAC an indication too?and what about elderly primi ?and what time to remove urine catheter after cs done under GA?

Thanks Lwm Lwm for taking interest in the topic.Yes if TOLAC is offered to a patient and she refuses it , then it is an indication of cesarean. As far as elderly primi is concerned, in any guideline its not an indication of cesarean section in itself but due to her precious Pregnancy if she wants, cesarean section is indicated on maternal request. The problem of urination usually resolves once the effects of surgery and anesthesia wears off. Usually removed after 6 hours.
