I know you can run Air Manager on a second PC. Can you “pop out” the GTN panels and transfer them to the second PC

Thank you so much for all your help. Question: I have an rtx 3080ti on a decent spec pc however everytime I Pop out a G1000 or any other garmin, my fps drop to almost half. I have 2 screens and 1 touch screen. Any advice will be appreciated 🙏

It’s still an issue in MSFS that some get worse than others. Play around with your graphics settings especially vsync and DX11vDX12.

First off, excellent job at recreating the C414AW instrument panel! Very useful for those of us who don’t have your talent and patience. I’m a new user of Air Manager and I just started using these panels for the C414. The only problem I’ve seen so far is that I cannot get the “Direct to” button to work. Is it supposed to be functional? I wondering if there is a special setup for the TDS GTN 750 xi I’m using? Or maybe I’m using the wrong panel?

Hi glad you are enjoying the panels. There was an update recently to resolve an issue with the GTN Xi bezel buttons so please check you have the latest version and try again. Let me know if you are still having problems after that.

@@ExperimentalSimAvionics I will be away from my sim for about a week. I downloaded the panel from Sim Innovation 2-3 days ago. Has it been updated in the last couple of days? I will do more testing next week.

@@LZScout1 if it’s only 2-3 days old you should have the latest. The other thing to check is that you are selecting the GTN xi panel and not the GTN (non Xi) panel.

@@ExperimentalSimAvionics I’ve finally returned and had some time to get back into Air Manager, MSFS, and the FSW C414A. First thing I did was delete all the panels I had added previously and then added the ones for the TDS GTN 750, I still cannot get the “Direct To” button to activate the function on the panel. It works fine in the virtual cockpit. I do have your two panels running on two additional monitors and the panels were assigned to those monitors. All monitors are on the same PC. I checked the left panel and the OBS knob will move the dial but the HDG a knob doesn’t work. Any ideas?

@@LZScout1 I need a bit more info on the HDG knob issue you have. It would be really useful if you could use the support section of the ESA discord which allows sharing of pictures, videos and we can even do a live chat with screen sharing if necessary. Hello. If I'm not wrong the GTN750 touch functionnality is still provided by use of a tool such as Pop Out Panel Manager, right ? So the GTN750 panel that is available here is just a canevas and you have to pop out the GTN750 inner screen (from PSM50 or TDS) on to your panel.

Correct. Although you can also run the panel version of either the PMS or TDS which means it doesn’t have to be integrated in the aircraft and therefore popped out but being integrated is cleaner.

@@ExperimentalSimAvionics OK. But then what's the purpose of the Air Manager GTN 750 instrument-panel ? Is this just to be able to handle by touch (or mouse) the outer knobs of that GPS and then you put the TDS panel version on top of it ?

@@FlyingVince72 Yes you can control the knobs and buttons and it provides a bezel to frame the display because the popout has no bezel. Additionally the panel itself contains other instruments that make up he whole right side panel. These 414 panels come with 6 different panels allowing for 4 different complete layouts for all variants of the sim aircraft and also including a default panel set that uses standard Nav radios requiring no popouts at all.

Thanks for the interest. It is my wish to make these available but as simple as some of you may think. Rest assured I’m hearing the desire from many of the subscribers to get their hands on these so I’m trying to make that possible. If and when this happens this will be the place to find out.
