É uma geração Italiana muito talentosa, que defende muito e que têm muita técnica, inclusive na vnl a Itália com alguns desses garotos bateu a Rússia e o Brasil sofreu pra ganhar deles. Eles são muitos talentosos, e na mão desse técnico então. Viu como o técnico não têm medo de mexer no time e como a entrada do Romano foi crucial? Quando eu vejo isso eu sinto raiva do Renan, pq ele é o único técnico paneleiro que eu conheço e que têm medo de mexer no time.

Katanya, dalam insiden yang berlaku pada 16 Disember lalu di kejohanan di Kota Tinggi, Johor, dirinya langsung tidak berniat untuk menggunakan sebarang kekerasan dalam melatih semua pemainnya. "Latihan yang saya (kendalikan) ada pelbagai jenis antaranya pendekatan psikologi, intensif dan fizikal dalam membentuk pemain. "Saya tidak berniat untuk mengambil tindakan sehingga mendatangkan kecederaan, tindakan itu adalah untuk menaikkan lagi semangat dan memotivasikan mereka. "Saya sedia dan reda dengan segala keputusan yang bakal dikenakan kepada saya selain berharap perkara ini menjadi pengajaran pada diri sendiri," katanya. Dia ditemui selepas perjumpaan khas susulan insiden ini, yang dihadiri Exco Pembangunan Belia, Sukan dan Badan Bukan Kerajaan (NGO) negeri VP Shanmugam; Ketua Pengarah Majlis Sukan Negara (MSN), Datuk Ahmad Shapawi Ismail; Presiden Persatuan Bola Tampar Malaysia (MAVA), Hean Boon Yeow dan Pengarah Majlis Sukan Negeri (MSN) Melaka, Asri Ninggal. Sementara itu, Shanmugam berkata, keputusan sama ada khidmat jurulatih itu diteruskan atau sebaliknya serta tindakan yang akan dikenakan hanya akan diketahui selepas keputusan dibuat oleh Persatuan Bola Tampar Malaysia (MAVA). "Kedudukan jurulatih itu sebelum ini terbahagi kepada tiga iaitu siasatan di pihak Majlis Sukan Negeri (MSN) Melaka, Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) melalui Unit Integriti dan MAVA tetapi kini ia diambil alih oleh MAVA selepas mendapat liputan meluas serta menteri. "Pada waktu ini kita menunggu arahan dan tindakan yang akan diambil dan hari ini di Melaka (siasatan) sudah selesai. Pihak MAVA yang berkuasa dalam hal ini, apa-apa tindakan yang akan diambil terhadap beliau adalah bergantung kepada KPM dan juga MAVA," katanya. Mengulas lanjut beliau berkata, beliau berharap semua pihak tidak lagi memperbesarkan isu ini kerana ia secara tidak langsung mengganggu dan menjejaskan emosi kedua-dua pemain.
