I have same prb with my beat diesal 2014 model It takes so many rounds while start in morning or after 3,4 hour. After one start there is no problem either you can start 50 times it just take half self I have checked injection system I have clean self motor And all three glow plugs are burnt I installed new ones But still the problem is there After that I inspect heater timer There is no current coming from timer Again I have replaced timer with universal timer which start with beep. Again the problem was still there Wht I need to do Somebody say it has low compression other says it doesn't need heater while starting My car clocked 75000 km and there is no single drop oil consumption or not single drop coolent consumption It has great pickup and milage I got 2 bosch glow plugs and one of beeru Germany from markit Can it be a prblem of different glow plugs or any other issue ?

Market me glow plug local avilable h beru ka mene beru ka new dalwaya tha 2month pehele pr tab bhi starting late thi aur check light on ho rhi thi fir mene boodmo se champion ka original glow plug order kiya aur price 459 tha install krne ke baad problem solve ho gyi...

Problem is your universal timer . Buy cevrolet beat heater timer new or old as u can find . or firstly out all three plugs from engine .and connect all with its connector . And check all three glow plug by on and off from key....and check glow plug 's heat timing....

If timing is not proper as i show in video...then replace timer with original one... And universal timer damage glow plug..u have too change glow plug also...

actual me apko maximum 4.4v pr check krna hota h ..or car somthing 3.5v glow plug me bhejti h...jada volt pr check krna thik nahi h

Now u have to buy new...and if glow plug is inside the engine.. than it can out by gas welder
