Do you have to have the chime or can you connect it to your phone for chime sound or Alexa echo dot for chime?

Hi I have just got this doorbell and my phone is on 5ghz and the doorbell is on 2.4ghz and doesn't want to link do you have any tips please

As far as I know, this only runs on 2.4Ghz.

I just purchased this. I can't seem to make sure it is fully charged. I left it plugged for 10 hrs and it seems to have only charged to 43% unless I am looking in the wrong place. Please help.

If it is still showing 43% try charging it for 12 hours if you don't see any improvement contact the manufacturer

Yes to all your questions. You will need a micro SD card if you want to record footage.

You may have to remove the device and relink it.

No I mean try resetting it the doorbell has a reset hole if that doesn't work remove the doorbell within the app the app has an option to remove device
