CF Moto ZForce 800 Air Intake Mods

I have 800ex zforce and absolutely love it! I did something similar with mine, but cut a hole out the back and put a 3 inch elbow connecting to existing duct turning straight up within the indented part of bed, with the sock over it, I lost hardly any bed space and seams to work great! love the video

Morning Scott didn't see that your comment was 4 years ago I would have been inspired by your work then I did a version of what you did on your CF Moto Z. force I took and boxed in the interior around that snorkel so that the air was only coming from the grill of the front and not throwing in heat and the heat from underneath That way Fresh air through the grid only Keep up the good work I posted a picture of mine on the CF Moto outcast group facebook Take take care take care randy

Maybe the CFMoto Manufacturer will see this and think of a design change that will keep the dirt and heat out of the engine. Great job! 😉

Nice video, nice machines, some stuff not so good, but easy fixes. Money value is great! One problem that can't be fixed is, you can't get one of these in Arizona right now. Can't be found at any price. Looked for almost two weeks, contacted all the dealers within 200 miles, no got, no ETA when they will. Got tired of chasing people down and begging them to take my money. Gave up. I'll ride my old CF Moto SXS UTV 500 and like it.

I e tried to get a Zforce 800 trail for over a year around the MD area. Bought the windshield, Uni performance filter and Hester Elka shocks but no one has had a side for me to put it on. Getting ready to throw all that in trash and buy another machine. Hate CFMOTO AT THIS POINT UGH

I ordered the uni airfilter, I see another guy grinding off the lip, did you do that too?

No I left the Unifilter down in the airbox not trimmed in any way.

No its a k and n type filter with a foam wrap.
