Yes. Name as per passport is what you should register on CFA institute website - Your scholarship also will come addressed to the same name

Await scholarship results and if you dont get scholarship you can then enroll. Till the results are out do not pay anything

you basically need to be 23 months or less months away from graduation to sit for level 1
