Sir, if u could only use English language as medium of instruction, many more people across the world would be benefitted. Some of the expression in Hindi makes my understaning blurred as I don't know your mother tongue. Sir, you look quite comfortable with English! So why not use it completely?

Hi Sir, Soham here. I was trying to make amortization table for the required rate less than IRR. So at some point my outstanding is going less than 0 (i.e. my entire investment has been received back plus i am getting some cashflow more). So for the subsequent year post that, what will be my outstanding amount in order to calculate the interest rate for the year? Please help me understand this sir. Deeply obliged. Thank you

Why we choose npv infront of IRR ,when we get more amount as a return in the case of Ambani there were actually we invested more amount that's y we get more so how we prefer npv over IRR
