the forward rate formula at 20:52 seems to be wrong as there is no "under root" sign while dividing 1.15^2/1.09

We don't need one on this case as we are calculting one year forward rate

on valuation using forard rates in the third year why are you mullitplying by 11?

Hi, since the numerator of CF2 is 100, whereas numerator of CF3 is 1100, we could do the conversion by multiplying by 11
