How to handle IMPERIALISM for longer? Playing with an idea myself with different conference alignments (because why not): Start with a conquest of each state. Map the state with each school of that state in a region. Imperialism spin & play as normal until the state is unified under 1 school. Wash, rinse, and repeat for each state present in CFB25. Then it's time for the true war. Some will have no corresponding school or just have one. Hawaii is one that would be done immediately. States like NH, ND, SD, or MT currently can only be represented via download, IF someone has done so already via EA's creation site.

Idea since this is CFB going forward: Before the episode you spin the wheel of 134 CFB teams to determine which of the top 25(or 32) gets to play in the episode. Regions for the colleges will be the same and will get every CFB team a chance to make a run(most won't but there are a few more missouri's out there) while not making recording this a pain in the butt Also improves variability cuz it's not going to be one of the top 10 programs winning it every time...it would be tough to get multiple championships in imperialism if you don't get a chance to play every game.
