everything is clear, but if there is a microchannel and its dimension need to be in micrometers Can you please make me clear about scaling? I am having problem with this.

The numbers you are using are a bit wrong, as the water density is 1000 kg/m^3 and dynamic (absolute) viscosity of the water is 0.001 Pa s (at 20 degrees Celsius), giving a round total of Re = 2 x 10^5.
